![]() ![]() University management introduced various methods to ensure the lecturers and students can fulfil their roles in teaching and learning. Most students have studied statistics courses in high school, and some are not interested in the calculation course, particularly when it becomes a compulsory course at the university level. At UUM, the ‘Statistics for Social Science’ course is one of the courses offered for social science students, and it is a compulsory subject. The lecturers had to continue teaching and learning (T&L) at the university level via e-learning or electronic learning, including calculation courses such as statistics. All students and educators were encouraged to continue their teaching and learning sessions online. WFH also occurs among staff at the school and university. ![]() The spread of COVID-19 has drastically changed the community's norms or lifestyles, including public or private servants working from home (WFH). ![]() Meanwhile, the media product component as an exercise in writing anecdotal text is divided into an interactive quiz component, an image component, a text and video component for learning materials, and a task collection platform component. The material for writing anecdotal texts is divided into three parts: simple research as anecdotal writing materials, writing anecdotes based on facts and data, and turning anecdotes into comic strips. The resulting media product has an apk format (android application package) which is a program package that can be run on smartphones with the android operating system that has gone through a series of validations with 87.5% scores from material experts and 74.4% scores from media experts and a trial with the use response value of 81.43% of students and 77.3% of teachers. This research produces an android application for learning to write anecdotes. The method used in this research is ADDIE which consists of five stages analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. This research was carried out with the aim of producing "Janaka," an android application on anecdotal writing material in the vocational school. Jadi penggunaan media padlet berbantuan phet simulation cocok digunakan ketika proses pembelajaran online. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa hasil belajar siswa antara tes pretest dan tes posttest setelah menggunkaan media padlet berbantuan phet simulation meningkat adapun respon siswa menyatakan baik terhadap penggunaaan media padlet berbantuan phet simulation ketika pembelajaran online. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa nilai siginifikansi 2 arah yaitu 0,000<0,05 yang menunjukkan bahwa H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. ![]() Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa data terdistribusi normal. Hasil uji normalitas pretest dan posttest di peroleh nilai hasil pretest sebesar 0,053 dan hasil postest 0,056. Teknik analysis data menggunakan uji paired sample t test. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasi eksperimental desain dengan desain penelitian one group pretest and posttest. Pembelajaran secara online menyebabkan suatu masalah kecemasan, ketidaksetaraan antara anak-anak karena akses, beresiko kecanduan internet, tidak memiliki disiplin belajar yang diperlukan dalam pendidikan individu Sehingga pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hasil belajar dan respon siswa setelah pembelajaran menggunakan media padlet berbantuan phet simulation. Masa pandemi Covid-19 pada saat ini sangat bergantung pada Kemajuan teknologi. ![]()
